The aperitif always takes place in a scenic, carefully chosen setting or in a genuine spot within an old town: a terrace overlooking the sea, a cozy local wine bar, a historic enoteca, or a curated gourmet shop.

During the experience, you’ll be served Apulian wine accompanied by a small tasting of traditional products. Leading you will be a professional travel designer, a deep connoisseur of local culture, who will offer tailored recommendations on itineraries, restaurants, must-see places, authentic encounters, and memorable moments. AperiTour is also an introduction to the region’s food and wine heritage—wine, extra virgin olive oil, local cuisine, customs, and daily traditions.
