The excursion begins with a brief practical lesson that will introduce the fundamental SUP techniques, ensuring that you feel confident on the board. Once you’re ready, we will start paddling along the coast, which, with its natural beauty, will immediately make us one with the fantastic marine environment surrounding us. We will explore bays, beaches, caves, and hidden paradises in the enchanting Polignano a Mare.

The 90-minute tour starts from Cala Paguro beach, also known as Cala Paura. Our staff members will be on hand to meet all your needs, you can also deposit your items at their beach stand.

In case the sea is not favorable for the SUP excursion but allows for a boat trip, you can choose to enjoy the wonders of Polignano from the sea with our boat tour of the caves, available both in the morning and in the evening.
