Continuing along the Costa Ripagnola, you will pass through an unspoiled coastal stretch, where solitary trulli dot the natural landscape.

The next stop is Conversano, a city rich in history and gastronomic culture, where we will visit the Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, and taste the local focaccia in a historic bakery. The Apulian cheese-making tradition awaits us at a farmhouse, where we can watch the production of fresh cheeses and discover the secrets of artisanal processing. The tour continues to Monopoli, with a walk through the historic center and the old port. Returning to Polignano, we will visit the atelier of Peppino Campanella, a master glassmaker, to admire his sea-inspired sculptures. An experience that combines nature, culture, and taste.
